Excellent service!

I called Steve for a quote as I had lost my car key, and he quoted far less than anyone else which was a bonus! Not only that. But he came out to me the same day I called, which was super considering I needed my car! Reliable, polite, friendly and very very helpful!

First Ckass Service

Car ignition key would not turn at all; steering lock stuck on and unable to start car. Ignition lock barrel had failed without warning, even spare key did not work. Rang the Car Key Man mid afternoon, replacement barrel ordered on overnight delivery, car back in service by 9.30 AM the next morning! Still able to use same keys although a new key provided to replace worn one. Charges were reasonable and fair - a lot cheaper than going to main dealer.
I highly recommend these guys!

Thanks Chris 🙂

Qashqai keys getting stuck in barrel

Had trouble with ignition keys from 2010 Nissan Qashqai as the keys would get stuck sometimes when removing keys ( common problem when the barrel and keys wear) Note some people try filing the barrel but this can cause problems with the central locking. Nissan dealers want around £500 to replace the whole barrel and keys.
I found the car key man online sent an email and received a call back from Steve five minutes later. Booked in the next day and sorted the problem with the barrel along with two new keys in just over an hour the job was complete, and saved well over £300. Would certainly recommend could not ask for better service.

Thanks David, we really appreciate your feedback

Fantastic service, very polite and very professional.
Quick response even after only making an appointment mid morning the same day.
Retrieved my keys from within a locked car with absolutely no damage what so ever.

Keys locked in the boot of a Land Rover, which it turns out is not an easy fix. The Car Key Man was true to his word, he arrived when he said he would and even completed the job, and put the key through our letter box as I had an errand to run.
